       2010 TOUR INFORMATION and POLICIES

     *THE 2010 MIXED TEAM SERIES EVENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO A LACK OF PARTICIPATION*

     
1.  How To Enter Tournaments
        Please submit your Team Entry prior to the established deadline dates.
        Players have the option of mailing their entries or registering online.  Online registrations are assessed a 3% transaction fee.
        Players may not pay their entry fee onsite.

        2.  Eligibility
        Participation is open to any professional or amateur.  There are no age restrictions.

        3.  Determining Field Sizes
        The event will be open to the first 40 teams/

        4.  Entry Fees  No registration fee is required to play in the team events.
        $250 per team.  Includes team purse buy-in, teams Course cost, team skins pool.

        5.  Format
        18-holes, Best Ball, competition.  In the event of inclement weather forcing a stoppage of play, 9 holes will be considered a
        stipulated round.  

        6.  Withdrawal Policy
        Teams may withdraw until 12 noon Saturday before tournament week without penalty.  Afterwards, teams are committed to
        the tournament and will forfeit their entire entry fee to the event.  Teams may be eligible for a refund if another team takes the
        open spot.

        7. Purse Distribution
        Checks will be issued immediately following the final round of play.  Approximately 30% of the field will get paid.

        8.  Transportation and the use of Yardage Measuring Devices
        All players will be required to utilize a golf cart during competition.  NO WALKING!
        Players are permitted to use Range finders, GPS, and the like during competition.  Devises that measure slope and gradient
        must have these features disabled during play.  Breach - DQ

        10.  Caddies and Spectators
        Caddies are not permitted for team events.
        Spectators may, at the host course discretion, rent carts provided there are enough carts for tournament players.

        11. Dress Code
        Players shall present a neat and professional appearance.  No t-shirts, denim, or flip flops permitted.
        Soft Spikes mandatory.

        12. Pairings
        Pairings will be emailed to the players, posted to the tour's web site, and located at the pro shop desk no later than 48 hrs
        before the tournament.
